GyanAstra Technologies started as a software development and IT services company. As we expanded our own development teams, we consistently encountered a major hiring challenge: while thousands of students were applying with computer science degrees and excellent grades, very few possessed the practical coding skills required to actually contribute to a production environment.
Traditional academic curriculum is strong in theory but lacks the hands-on project experience needed in today's fast-paced tech landscape. Students were learning how to pass exams, but not how to build software.
