Placements & Career Support
Learn how we bridge the gap between your training and your first tech job.
We believe in transparency. No institute can 'guarantee' a job without evaluating the student's effort. We guarantee 100% placement *assistance*. This means we provide you with unlimited interview opportunities, resume building, and mock interviews until you get hired, provided you meet our strict academic and project completion criteria.
We have an extensive network of hiring partners. Our alumni have been placed in major IT service companies (TCS, Infosys, Wipro), prominent product-based MNCs, and rapidly scaling tech startups across India. We specifically target companies looking for hands-on, practical engineering talent.
Salary packages vary widely based on the student's skill level, the technology stack, and the hiring company. Historically, our freshers secure starting packages between 3.5 LPA to 7 LPA. Exceptional students who master advanced stacks and clear product-company interviews have secured packages upwards of 10 LPA.
Our placement ecosystem is comprehensive. We conduct dedicated sessions on writing ATS-friendly resumes and optimizing your LinkedIn/GitHub profiles. We host rigorous technical mock interviews and HR rounds. Finally, our dedicated placement cell forwards your profile directly to the HR departments of our partnered companies.
For our 6-month Industrial Training cohorts, the placement drive kicks off in the final 4 weeks. Once your major capstone project is approved, you are moved into the placement pool where you begin mock interviews and start receiving corporate interview schedules.
Summer Training (4-6 weeks) is designed for skill foundational building and university requirements, usually for 2nd or 3rd-year students who are not yet eligible for full-time jobs. Therefore, direct placement drives are reserved for final-year students enrolled in our 6-month Industrial Training or Job-Ready programs.
The tech industry has heavily adopted remote work. A significant portion of the interview opportunities we provide are for remote or hybrid positions based out of Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Delhi NCR. We also train students on modern remote collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Git) to prepare them for these roles.
Before you face a real corporate HR, you face us. We conduct simulated interview panels where senior developers grill you on your tech stack, DSA, and your capstone project architecture. We provide brutal, constructive feedback on your communication, problem-solving approach, and body language.
In addition to our internal hiring partners, our placement cell tracks major off-campus drives (like TCS NQT, Wipro Elite, etc.) and startup openings on platforms like AngelList and LinkedIn. We guide you through these external application processes and provide referrals where possible.
Rejection is part of the process. If you fail an interview, our placement team will debrief with you (and often get feedback from the company) to understand where you lacked. You will undergo targeted revision for those weak areas, and we will continue sending you for subsequent interviews until you succeed.
Many top MNCs have an initial quantitative and logical reasoning elimination round. Our placement prep includes practice sessions and cheat sheets for solving standard aptitude questions, ensuring you don't get filtered out before you can showcase your coding skills.
Companies hire for skills, not certificates. Your capstone project is the undeniable proof of your skills. During interviews, our students are taught to steer the conversation toward their project architecture, the bugs they solved, and the databases they designed. A strong project almost guarantees a job.
We do not charge any hidden 'placement fees', nor do we take a percentage of your salary after you get hired (unlike Income Share Agreements). The comprehensive placement support is a standard feature built into our long-term training programs.
We have a strong and growing alumni network working in top tech companies. We actively facilitate networking between current students and alumni through guest lectures and our internal community channels. Alumni often provide direct referrals for open roles in their companies.
Once you secure your offer letter, we celebrate! But our relationship doesn't end there. You become an esteemed member of our Alumni network. You retain access to our community, can seek advice on career switches later in life, and eventually, we hope you'll return to mentor the next generation of students.
