How to get help with software installations, bugs, and hardware issues.
Debugging is part of the job. If you are stuck, you should first try to debug using the techniques taught in class. If you are still blocked, you can raise a query in your batch's private Discord server or directly ask your mentor during the daily lab sessions.
We don't expect you to know how to configure PATH variables or install Docker on day one. The first few days of every program are dedicated to 'Environment Setup' where our technical team will help you install all necessary IDEs, databases, and SDKs on your personal laptop.
